Demo — not a client project
3D ring configurator in the browser
A demo that shows how a 3D product configurator works: choose the model, metal, stone and carat weight, see the ring as a 3D model in the browser and get an estimated price.
WebGL · 2 models · 3 metals · 5 stones · 3 carat weights
What the demo shows
- A choice between two ring models
- Three metals: white gold, yellow gold, rose gold
- Five stones: diamond, emerald, sapphire, ruby, yellow diamond
- Three carat weights: 0.3 ct, 0.5 ct, 0.7 ct
- A 3D rendering of the ring in the browser on WebGL, with nothing to install
- Calculation of an estimated price ("Estimated price") from the chosen combination
Which data are sample values
- All prices are fixed sample values for illustration — not a price list and not a quote.
- The price is shown without a currency.
- Models, metals, stones and carat weights are a fixed sample selection, not a jeweller's range.
- The demo interface is in English.
What the demo does not do
- It is not a client project and not a reference for results.
- It takes no orders or enquiries and has no shopping cart.
- It is not connected to any calculation, inventory or CRM system.
- It does not save the chosen configuration or pass it on.
What is different in a real project
In a client project the price does not come from sample values but from the business's own calculation — for example material, stones, labour time and surcharges. The chosen configuration becomes a record that moves on into the quote, the order or production.
What a price calculator on real production parameters looks like is shown by our window installation project: there the tablet prices against the parameters of the manufacturer's plant, and the contract and deposit happen in the same customer visit.
