Every price is followed by its limit: what the price does not cover. The reviews are paid in two parts: 30 % on order, 70 % when the document is ready.

Operations system What this tier covers When a process no longer fits in one person’s head: what gets rebuilt is the process itself, not just request intake. Two systems at this tier already run — for a restaurant (kartulirest.de, open to view) and for a mobile care service. from €6,000 Timeline by scope; what is included, what is not, what it costs and how long it takes — in writing before work begins The first stage is several modules that close the most expensive bottleneck, not the whole system in one go.

Three formats: remote, one day on site, from three days on site. All three end in a written document and count towards the project price. Payment comes in two parts: 30 % on order, 70 % when the document is ready. The document is handed over after the second part has arrived.

What you get even if you build nothing afterwards. A written description of how the work is organised at your company and how data moves through it — in a form your data protection officer or your auditor can work with. You need that document anyway, whether or not we start a project.

What we do on site and what we do not do

Applies to both on-site formats: the on-site review for €1,200 and the process immersion for €2,400.

What we do on site

  • We look at how the work runs today: dispatching, planning, handover of tasks, paperwork, reconciliation of hours.
  • We talk to the people who do that work. Taking part in the conversation is voluntary.
  • We read the documents and screens you work with.

What we do not do

  • We do not take personal data of your clients, patients or staff off the premises. Our notes are kept anonymised.
  • We do not work inside your production systems and do not ask for access to them.
  • We are not present while a service is delivered to a client or a patient, unless you have arranged that separately and in writing yourself.
  • We do not assess the work of individual people and do not pass personal observations about staff to management.

Before the first day, a non-disclosure agreement and, where required, an AV-Vertrag (data processing agreement) are signed.

Travel

  • We confirm the on-site date when the order is placed.

The paid review and the free self-check on the site

The self-check on the site is automatic: you answer questions, the result appears on the screen immediately, and no person is involved in it.

A process review is a person who looks at your process and signs the document with their own name.

Payment and source code

  • Payment for a review: 30 % when the order is placed, 70 % when the document is ready.
  • Payment for a build: 50 % at start, 50 % at handover.
  • At the operations system tier: payment by stage — each stage is quoted and paid separately.
  • Handover follows payment: the document, the release and the source code are handed over once the money has arrived.
  • The source code is handed over to you.
  • There is no maintenance subscription: after handover, changes are quoted separately and we name the price before work begins.
