The process is physically distributed: several locations, field staff, several departments — and it cannot be read from correspondence.

What you get even if you build nothing afterwards. A written description of how the work is organised at your company and how data moves through it — in a form your data protection officer or your auditor can work with. You need that document anyway, whether or not we start a project.

What we do on site and what we do not do

Applies to both on-site formats: the on-site review for €1 200 and the process immersion for €2 400.

What we do on site

  • We look at how the work runs today: dispatching, planning, handover of tasks, paperwork, reconciliation of hours.
  • We talk to the people who do that work. Taking part in the conversation is voluntary.
  • We read the documents and screens you work with.

What we do not do

  • We do not take personal data of your clients, patients or staff off the premises. Our notes are kept anonymised.
  • We do not work inside your production systems and do not ask for access to them.
  • We are not present while a service is delivered to a client or a patient, unless you have arranged that separately and in writing yourself.
  • We do not assess the work of individual people and do not pass personal observations about staff to management.

Before the first day, a non-disclosure agreement and, where required, an AV-Vertrag (data processing agreement) are signed.

Travel

  • Travel is included in the price within Bavaria.
  • If the site is outside Bavaria, we quote travel and accommodation separately and name them before the date is confirmed.
  • We confirm the on-site date when the order is placed.

The paid review and the free self-check on the site

The self-check on the site is automatic: you answer questions, the result appears on the screen immediately, and no person is involved in it.

A process review is a person who looks at your process and signs the document with their own name.

Payment and source code

  • Payment: 50 % at start, 50 % at handover.
  • At the operations system tier: payment by stage — each stage is quoted and paid separately.
  • The source code is handed over to you.
  • There is no maintenance subscription: after handover, changes are quoted separately and we name the price before work begins.
